4-Vajikarana: The old new way to grow and go and go.. SEX AND VAJIKARANA

So far I've talked about myself a lil bit, then I touched on Vajikarana briefly when I talked about finding your Dosha type.. after which, I talked about the detoxification process that is considered very important in some articles I've read, and in other articles shown as a helpful step before beginning a Vajikaran regime.


So.. What is Vajikarana? First lets learn how to say it.. It sounds out like Va-Gee-Car-ah-na, feel free to repeat it mentally so it catches, lol.. Vajikarana is one of eight branches in Ayurveda (Ay-yer-veda).. Ayurveda is the ancient East Indian method of natural health care, being first documented about 5000 years ago. The good thing about learning 5000 year old methods of health care is, it allows us to consider other options compared to the synthetic mass produced remedies of today. The eight branches of Ayurveda are:


  1. Kayachikitsa, internal medicine

  2. Shalya Tantra, surgery

  3. Shalakya Tantra, ophthalmology

  4. Agada Tantra, toxicology

  5. Kaumarabhritya, pediatrics

  6. Bhuta Vidya, psychiatry

  7. Rasayana, science of rejuvenation

  8. Vajikarana, science of aphrodisiacs

So, now we know what Ayurveda is and how Vajikarana fits into the spectrum.. Vajikarana is defined as a process, substance or a combination of the two, that increases a persons sex drive, overall prowess, and quality of progeny (offspring).. The three major factors of Vajikarana include; increasing or controlling sensitivity in intimate areas, increasing blood flow throughout the body (most importantly in the sexual region), and allowing or encouraging the mind to be effectively engaged during congress.. Since Vajikarana was designed in a male centered environment, the texts focus mostly on the factors that drive male performance, but the knowledge is also applicable to women because the three major factors that create good conditions for sex are not gender specific. Also their are many naturally grown substances (foods, plants, roots, fruits, nuts, external applicants, etc) that increase female libido and quality of potential progeny.


Methods for regulating sensitivity mostly include in the ingestion or application of substances.. For example, rubbing a certain topical substance on a body part to increase or decrease its sensitivity or temperature, or eating certain nutrients to increase or decrease sensitivity.. So far I've noticed alot more methods of 'increasing' sexual sensitivity compared to desensitising.. Personally, I don't wanna say too much incase what i've read was incorrect, i'd wanna aquire more scientific proof or at least more information to support what I've read.. Also for each person, things are better tailored to each individual case, and one must also consider the placebo effect..


There are also the edible libido enhancing substances to help the production of sperm or vaginal lubrication.. These items are rich with Zinc, which is a prime contributor to increasing semen count and increasing the viscosity and amount of a females internal lubrication.


Increasing your blood flow can include ingesting things that remove blockages in your blood system and things that create a higher oxygen concentration in your blood stream.. I compare it to a fluid system in a car where adding a fuel line cleaner removes the gunk that builds up on the sides of the pipes.. You also gotta look at your the fuel for your car.. If your fuel has whats needed for efficient processing, then the machine runs very well nd requires less cleaning.. Vajikarana regiments include foods that will provide your body with the type of fuel it requires, you just have to get the right advice on what's good to eat for your general "Dosha Type" and specifically for you.


When it comes to increasing blood flow, lets not forget about good ole fashion exercise too.. Consistent or rapid use of a muscle forces blood through it in a manner that allows the blood pipes to increase in number in order to accomodate the blood required for the task.. Western society has a good handle on how to exercise, so I don't really need to get into the specifics..


Yoga is another good way to increase our overall efficiency of blood flow.. Where exercise is like road expansion, yoga is more like road maintenance where the pot holes are mended and things are brushed up to keep traffic flowing smooth and comfy.. The potential flexibility attained can also be considered an asset in intimate situations..


Massage, like Yoga is another good but possibly less effective way to 'keep the roads maintained. The good news about it is, it requires alot less physical exertion which is good for those whose bodies aren't as young as their minds ..


Jelqing is a good way for men to increase blood flow to their love muscle.. It is yet to be fully proven, the only comprehensive study of jelqing was done in the 1970's by a fella named Dr Brian Richards in London.. There are several methods of Jelqing and since it's a market out there, everyone says their way works the best.. I caution you when looking into this, the wrong exercises can temporarily or permanently damage your V.I.P.. I'd suggest going with the one with the most information to back up it's claim, and a regime that includes a suitable warm up and warm down procedure to prevent injury.


There are devices, like rollers, pumps and traction devices that may aid in increasing blood flow to the male member, but like jelqing there are conditions that need to be considered..


When it comes to mental state, there can be so much said and done to achieve a good mental state for sex, but the most important way is the way that works for you personally.. It could include ingesting things that are known to calm the mind, release endorphins or other types of our bodies natural stimulants.. Taking aphrodisiacs for a their stimulating properties or for a placebic effect helps create the feeling that one may not be able to achieve naturally. When you start noticing your 'Stimulation Zenith" , I suggest pausing and absorbing the feelings that you feel.. The final goal in Vajikarana would be getting to a place where you can achieve your Zenith state of stimulation without Aphrodisiacs or with reduced amounts..


If your the selfish type, then don't bother reading this paragraph.. If you aren't selfish, then you'll wanna consider your partners mental state at the time of coitus.. My suggestion for men is to get sensual in most occasions, not unless were talking a "do me now, do me hard" situation.. Guys, I suggest chill music, candles, massage and all that stuff she blissfully sighs at when she watches girly girl shows and movies, also, avoid too much alcohol for yourself if you can, because alcohol only helps women get hornier, not most guys.. For Women, My advice is getting trashy but not too hyper raunchy in more than most occasions.. For that secion of time, become the characters and do the things that he drools over.. Most guys appreciate a genuine slut like performance from time to time, or the relax while i take care of everything, or nothing but straight up penis concentration.. My best suggestion both sides though, is to have the "spark" in your daily lives. A good trusting, loving and still flirty relationship (friendship) is more likely to produce good congress compared to other situations.


The Best thing about Vajikarana is, its a non-synthetic method of improvement or maintenance depending on how serious you take it and how well your body adapts to the regime.. It is known to have an overall positive effect on the body, and for many people Vajikarana has proven itself to offer what it claims.. I'm yet to under-go a full time Vajikaran regime, but as an outsider, I can see the benefits of a greater understanding of my mind, nerves and blood flow.

3-Vajikarana: The old new way to grow and go and go... ALL CLEAN NOW MOMMY! SEE!

So you wanna be clean on the inside do ya? There are many ways to be internally cleansed these days, from pills, to teas, to enemas, the list goes on, and everyone out there is brandishing their jimmy like its the biggest one ever.. So, how can we find out which one is truly the best for us personally? My last entry (WARM UP SUIT) took a look at what I found on Panchakarma around the net.. From what I saw, Panchakarma included 5 methods of bodily cleansing; Nasya, Vamana, Virechana, Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti.. This 5+ day process involves cleansing thru the nasal, oral, urinal and anal areas and involves Therapeutic enemas.. So far this one has the most merit in my opinion because it involves cleansing thru multiple orifices and seems to be most thorough.. My favorite lady told me about a friend of hers who tried a colon cleansing process that's like 4 hrs long, and apparently it works very well.. You lie down, they insert a tube and 4L of a liquid in your rectum, and they massage you while the liquid is naturally extracted from whence it came.. The extracted liquid contains an algaic substance which is years of bile that has collected in your digestive and waste management system.. This colon cleanse is repeated a few times over a period of time until large amounts the toxins are removed. There are pills of all kinds that someone can take, some say they'll clean you in one pill, or (x) amount of pills taken per day for however amount of time and so forth.. If anyone out there has a success story for this, feel free to leave it in comments.. There are indigenous remedies like boiling this kind of leaf or that kind of twig or ingesting this or that substance will cleanse your system, if anyone has one they would like to share, feel free to write it in the comments section.. Fasting or other types of food restrictions like only eating bran or only drinking water or juice for certain periods have been inexpensive ways people have promoted to be effective in cleansing the digestive tract..

Speaking of eating..The reason why we're so junked up on the inside for the most part is because we ingest things that create harder residues to remove.. Especially in countries that are strongly influenced by "Western" habits and life styles.. Not to say that everyone else is off the hook, but many North Americans have ingested food with various preservatives and other chemicals in our lives and we're not doing ourselves a favor in the long run if we let'm stay in there.. Then if your the type that takes substances like caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and other natural/synthetic drugs, therez another avenue you'll wanna defend against right there.. If your exposed to various toxins or other air borne articles during work or play, therz another boulevard your gonna wanna defend against too.. Our body is a temple they say, it'd be nice if it was a fortress eh! lol.. or at least an annual spring clean t the temple..

Our body is only capable of removing a portion of the residue that's created from our life.. Even if your a pretty healthy type, it'd be very rare to find a person whose body removes all toxins from within naturally.. At the end of the day most of us want that "All clean now Mommy! See!" feeling, like a post hand washing inspection.. Like everything, it all comes down to perspective and how you feel after under going a method of cleansing, and it helps to have some visual proof that your body is removing bile in your system.. Until we can find a new source of power like Iron Man 2, we're gonna need ways to remove the toxins that are created through our eating habits..

2-Vajikarana: The old new way to grow and go and go.. WARM-UP SUIT

Last time we talked about the beginning phases of getting into Vajikarana. I suggested finding out your mental and physical Dosha type.. There are many on-line tests and things that you could try out for fun, but naturally if you want it done right, go to a professional..

For the first leg of my Vajikarana research. I'm gonna keep it simple, everything that I'm writing here is based on what I am learning via google searches.. So not to say that "I'" could be wrong on some things that I write here, but be weary that I might have received the info from another that was wrong, or he or she received it from someone that was wrong, etc, etc.. so be weary for now until i start reading official texts and taking courses..

No matter what your Dosha types are.. The next phase in Vajikarana involves a "detoxification or purification stage" This stage is called "Panchakarma" which translates to "five actions" These actions are to purify the body in preparation for Vajikaran Therapy..

Panchakarma (the five actons)

-Nasya: The administration of drugs through the nose (it's not what ur thinking, trust me, lol).. The nose is said to be a pathway to the brain/mind, and Nasya is recommended for removing "dushti" or toxins from the brain..

-Vamana: Theraputic vomiting ( gross, but true) 'Medicated Emesis Therapy'.. This part is used to remove excess Kapha from the system.. It involves ingesting, votimiting, steam bathing, herbal smoking and the non-supression of all bodily functions.. From what I've read, it's a one day process for this one and is best started in the morning.. Those with a high imbalance of Kapha would wanna take part in the Vamana process.

-Virechana: The administration of purgitive substances for the cleansing of Pitta through the lower path ways (sweating, urination and defication).. Virechana should be started three days after the "Vamana" stage.. The goal is to cleanse blood toxins and your core organs.. This stage is about three days long and is recommended to stay indoors for the most part..

-Kashaya Vasti: Theraputic enema ( liquids up ur ass, yummy, lol) Thank goodness this stage is only about 45min to 1 hr long and is best to be started between 10 am and noon.. It removes toxins (Amam) that were in your body outta ur bum.. Be a good sport and take one for the team, lol..

-Sneha Vasti: Looks like you'd be taking 2 for the team (boourns!!).. Same parameters as Kashaya except its only about 30 min, its done after the afternoon and evening meal a few days after the Kashaya stage (Twice! omg, my poor bum)..


I've also read, during this time one should also adopt a new diet according to their "Doshic Constitution". They also say to pursue a calm, accepting, loving, positive mind set, and practice celibacy as much as possible.. "Hot" activites such as anger or passion age the body more rapidly than a calm state, because we expend our "Ojas" (vigor/ essential energy) during those tasks.. My only reference is like some fighting arcade games where you have a "power bar" at the bottom that charges up so you can use ur special moves.. It is encouraged that we refrain from expending our power unless the reason is "worth it", especially during Panchakarma.. The overall goal of Panchakarma is to increase your Ojas, remove toxins that limit Vajikaran Therapy and to create a mental environment suitable for personal growth, concentration and inner peace.. You'll also realize the temptations to release Ojas in different aspects of life, and perhaps learn effective management techniques in regards to those urges..

1-Vajikarana: The old new way to grow and go and go.. INTRO

Dude! I'm Bloggin Beeich!! (with luv)

Welcome to my first ever blog.. My inner monologue sounds like that kid from Robot Chicken with the over active salival glands right now, lol.. I do sound kinda like Obama when I try to talk intelligently, so if you wanna imagine Obama's reading this in your head, it'd probably match up well, lol.. Also plz point out spelling errors, actual one's, not the urs's and the plz'z.

I'll start by saying, I was born and raised in Canada by a strict Jamaican mother.. I grew up with a very simple life that included school, church, sports and neighborhood friends..

My siblings and I were restriced due to our mom's overwhelming commitment to religion which created a very restrictive environment at times, especially when it came to sex and substance exploration.. Naturally anything that is chained will resist and by the age of 15 I was doing my own thing without regard..

After 11 years of self governance I am happy to show myself as a product of all that I've experienced and endured, which includes all that I've learned and will learn about Sex, Relationships and What I'm now learning about Vajikarana..

When it comes to relationships, I'd define myself as a "fully disclosive, almost monogamous" person.. I feel balance between love and lust is a must naturally. It'd vary in each isolated case, but for me I feel 1-3 extra marital affairs per year is almost healthy for a relationship. Here's why, pardon your eyes if you can't read graphic words. It's cuz sometimes men just want pussy and sometimes women just want dick.. Sure, there's plenty of "Vagina" or "Penis" at home, but if you listened to the same CD on repeat for years on end, you'd loose appreciation for it to a degree.. At least that's what I see and experience.. Sporadic extra maritals allow us that moment of assessment to a degree.. You may be very impressed, have an equal comparison or be disappointed in your extra marital experience. In my opinion, this allows one to see where there relationship sex life is, and what could be done to improve it, or in the reverse case, reprove that your gettin it good at home :) .. Also bare in mind that we are all uniquely created, so we all have different sexy things about us.

Also, open knowledge and communication in a relationship creates a stronger bond if you ask me.. You look at the cases where dude gets jealous when chick checks out a hot guy and vice versa.. In the type of relationship that I prefer, those "check out" opportunities are just another chance to learn what your partner likes and dislikes.. I feel a truly loving couple should be no where near threatened by discussing the pros and cons of a another persons appearance or characterisitics, because "true love knows where it sleeps at night and rests after life".. So if your the jealous type "Smarten the fuck up!" lol, j/k, sometimes thats just the way it is for some people and if they can't change that, then "C'est La vie", "que sera", make the best decision..

Now, say your a human for example, lol.. You could either be single or in some variation of a monogamous or open relationship.. Your gonna want some good sex right? and be ready to give out some top notch productions too eh! Thats where Vajikarana comes in.. Vajikarana is one of eight topics in Ayurveda (ancient Hindu science of health and medicine).. The goal of Vajikarana is to improve fertility and sexual vitality in both men and women.. Ever feel like you have more sex drive than your partner? then catch that f*cker up, (politely said) lol .. Don't be a dick about it, but if its important to you and the status of your relationship, then do it..

How do I catch this f*cker up? you might ask, lol.. So far I've learned that our sexual performance is based on our nerve sensitivity, our blood flow and our mental state at the time of coitus. These three factors are the driving forces that create or don't create good sex.. If you know anymore factors, plz share mon amie :) ..

Vajikarana solves any potential issues or shortfalls and is also considered a good method of maintenance and improvement in regard to sexual prowess. It's centered around providing the nutrients and exercises that are conducive to creating good conditions for the three factors.. The first thing you'd have to do to start in Vajikarana is, find out your "Dosha" type.. There are three of them and we're all a mix of them, dominant in some areas and recessive in others.. The three Dosha's are; Vata, Pitta and Kapha and you'd have to find out your physical Dosha (Body) and your mental Dosha (Mind)..

From there you can begin to attain knowledge of what nutrients and exercises are the best for bringing your or your partners three sexual factors to prodcutive levels.. It's like putting everything in balance kinda thing overall.. I'm still pretty novice at this right now, but as I continue to learn, I will continue to log my blaws..


My Goals for this blog are:

- 1. Spread knowledge regarding Vajikarana
- 2. Diarize my learning process while sporting a few ads "show some love, click some ad links"
- 3. To share the words of a fully disclosive almost monogamous guy.. (I'm 99% monogamous, gotta leave a little room, AND have it fully sanctioned :) can I get an amen !
- 4. To receive information/ feedback to make me yet wiser and further my understanding on damn near everything, u can never get enough brains :D
